So so adorable!
I can see that you might be concerned about her "delays", but, I have to say she is the sweetest thing. That smile is amazing! She will learn and grow and eat. I just know it. It may not be at OUR schedule, but look at all she's doing now that you never thought would happen. I'm keeping you all in my prayers and I am excited to see what she learns from her speech therapy. You may not get her to be quiet one day! How fun would THAT be! Oh, and you can send me some of those crafts when you get them done! LOL
